Capturing video or photographic images through Meiji Techno microscopes is a very common and relatively straightforward practice.|

Nearly all Meiji Techno microscopes are available in trinocular models designed for just this purpose.

The components listed below will allow you to mount your 35mm film or digital SLR camera on any of our trinocular model microscopes.

Those of you using digital SLRs, you’ll find the adapters listed below on this page.

You will need three components to attach a 35mm camera body onto a trinocular tube:

  • The appropriate T-2 adapter ring for your SLR camera body
  • A photo eyepiece, usually available in a number of magnifications
  • One of two MA150 series camera attachments
